Pixel Art Program Reddit. Grafx2, graphicsgale, and aseprite if you can compile it (otherwise it costs 10 bucks or something like that) grafx2 is better for edition work, big pieces and advanced shenanigans. It has all the tools you need to delete, edit, add and paint voxels.
I would stay away from big image editors like krita or gimp though. There are probably better programs but this one has layering and a grid mode specifically for pixel art. There are keyboard shortcuts for everything.
